The interview was very informative, thorough and encouraging. They seemed like very accommodating managers. The job is commission only and that was a deciding factor. They do offer a good product, it seems.

Past experience with sales originating self-generated business.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.

Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
