We met for lunch. It was very informative and comfortable but professional. We discussed the opportunities in the area and how the compensation process works. A complete review of my resume was done. Discussion about licensure requirements was completed. You must obtain a health license and pay for it up front.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
