It takes about 2 hours. You go in and tell the receptionist your name and she'll tell you to have a seat until called. She'll take you to a computer about 10 mins later to take your test.(typing test, scenario question test) Which can range from about 1:30mins - 2 hours. Once that is done you can possibly be asked for an interview right after that if you score high enough or they'll ask you to come back another day. If you scored low they will tell you in another room that you didn't make the cut and to try again another time. Once you get your interview depending on who you have, they'll place you in either sales or service. (You would want sales lol they make more! ) and they ask you your availability and then if you know how to copy and paste. I've also heard that for sales they might ask you to sell them your phone to the interviewer. However my interview was with a guy who asked me if I could copy and paste on a computer.
