It was a physical, in-person interview conducted by a panel of four interviewers seated in a circular arrangement. Each panelist took turns asking questions, creating a structured yet interactive environment. The questions focused mainly on my past experiences, technical skills, and how I have handled real work situations. They also assessed my problem-solving ability, communication skills, and understanding of the role. The session required confidence, clarity, and the ability to respond concisely while engaging with multiple interviewers at once.

A panel on interviewers ask you questions especially on your experience in research. Your skills strength I.e Qualitative or Quantitative. They prefer someone conversant with both plus data analysis skills.
