The interview process involved an over-the-phone HR screening and four in-person, panel interviews.
Everyone was really kind. My first in-person interview went well, I met the VP of
Marketing and the HR staff. The second in-person interview went well too - I met the grants coordinator and accounting specialist.
I don’t recommend interviewing with Afterschool All Stars because I wasn’t informed about not moving forward despite me following up about an update. It seemed unfair to leave me without communication/notice after taking time off from work to meet for in-person interviews. I would have totally understood if they had told me that they didn’t want to move forward with me and I’m disappointed with how the HR staff handled ending the experience.
