When they sit you down in a cramped room, they see how you spend your time wait. Once two of the managers have walked into the room. They will introduce themselves to you and ask how you were and the basic polit things to say. They will begin asking questions pertaining to why you would like to work with their company and ask why you think you would be a better employee to them vs another potential employee.
