Boss was the one who reached out to me for an interview. He is super manipulative and seem to only want to hire young girls into the company. Went down to the office for the interview only to have him tell me how my skillset did not align for the position but he still wants to find somewhere to 'fit me in'. Boss is very rude too, judged me based on my family and school background and berated me for not studying harder to get into a better school etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The interview process was carried out online and I went for a trial to try out in the environment. The environment was welcoming and friendly and I had an great time at the office with the team. The pace is relatively fast in the agency.
