The written exams were given to me in a busy reception area out in the open, and included a personality test, a timed IQ test and a timed "aptitude" test (all tests were branded and marked L. Ron Hubbard Management Technology) that measured how quickly & accurately you could follow directions. After the tests, the CEO and president interviewed me.
