They would first ask you to do an online interview and talk with a computer. They will ask a question, and you will have 30 seconds to prepare and then just answer it. Your answer will be recorded. You have two attempts but all of them will be visible.

No cameras a single time terrible interviewers sounded like they were in a call centre the whole time. Interviewer was rude and pressed me as if I had a MBA while I was a 2nd year engineer interviewing.
