Very impersonal, video prompt with a question about your thoughts on the company's values and twenty minute essay based question. There was also a series of psychological tests which were fine but a little time consuming. I would have preferred to talk to a real person, video interviews always just rub me up the wrong way.

Online assessment followed by series of interviews with a mix of technical and behavioural questions. The focus of the online interviews is on infrastructure, and they may ask some basic finance technical questions. Process can take a while
