I was invited for an interview in a garden, which was nice. The technical manager was ok, the OpA was a acting like she knows it all, mentioned something about “doing it the right way this time, at this company” - big red flag

Entrevista
Interview was located in a Beer Garden, with 2 of the managers. The interview was more an open discussion, regarding my experience and what are their needs. The interview was easy but the communication with one of the managers was bad.
