I went through a two-step interview process that turned out to be a really positive experience.
The first round was an HR interview where we talked about my background, career goals, and a few situational questions — like how I handle conflicts with colleagues and where I see myself in the future. It felt more like an open conversation than a formal interview, which helped me relax and be myself.
The second round was technical and focused on my experience with Spring Boot MVC. I worked together with the interviewer on a debugging task that involved identifying performance issues and fixing some bugs. It was collaborative and practical, and I really appreciated how engaging and hands-on it was.
Overall, both interviewers were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The whole process left me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture — it felt like a place where collaboration and mutual respect really matter.

Entrevista
On the technical interview, the focus was about language specific OOP questions and language syntax, moven on to data structures, a bit about SOLID and OOP patterns. The less technical interview was focused on social skills and how you can work on your daily basis and how you handle problems.

I got a call from the company's HR. The interview was 10 minutes long with basic questions and a question in English. Next morning I got a rejection e-mail. Obviously there was no screening process at all
