After the technical interview, there was zero feedback, despite promises. This is a complete lack of respect for the candidate who invested time in the preparation and interview. I advise you to avoid this company altogether.

I passed all the tests, even the live code test with a developer. When they told me I passed all the tests, they sent me recruiting satisfaction survey so, after I answer it, I could schedule my last interview. Once you answer the survey and try to schedule the interview, they say the company has put the position on hold! So it looks like they say you pass the tests, and then you say good things in the survey (because you just got a job and if you say bad things they might know is you), they just say the position is on hold! Looks like they just want good data to show in the survey, unbelievable waste of time

The interview was scheduled directly with a senior member of the team, who had no prior information about me. I had completed a test weeks earlier, but he didn’t even know which test it was (I assume they have several versions for different candidates). When the interview began, he asked me about the test, but I couldn’t recall exactly what I had used to solve the problem, so I couldn’t provide clear answers right away. I believe that affected his perception of my credibility. The questions that followed were extremely specific, so much so that it felt like only a walking encyclopedia could answer them all. At one point, the interviewer gave me a line of code and said, “Tell me what will appear in the console. I’ll be right back,” and then simply left the room. In short, it was a terrible experience. I left feeling frustrated and unintelligent because the questions were overly difficult and the technical interviewer was far from welcoming.
