The process was straight forward, everything online. The first step was to create an account on their platform, pass a live coding test on a platform similar to codility and then record a 3 minutes video describing yourself and the most difficult challenge you had. Afterwards, they scheduled an interview with a developer, they asked to record the entire interview, all the responses from them throughout the interview were “Excellent, Excellent” and after a day they have sent an email that they have moved forward with another candidate, because you haven’t proved your Javascript experience throughout the interview (like, really?). After asking for extended feedback, they ghost you.

1 - Algorithm problem style leetcode (it was tricky, but simple) needs prep 2 - Record video introducing yourself and talking about your biggest challenge 3 - HR meeting (this part was not so easy to schedule, because recruiters has no much available times) 4 - Tech interview (open questions about your live coding session and your stack) It depends of what the client needs for the position, can be hard. 5 - Client Interview (again It depends of what the client needs for the position, can be hard.) Can be tech or just a conversation Overall, it was a very nice interview proccess, the right questions were asked and even in coding session the problem was not an impossible one. Recruiters and developers were amazing. Unfortunately client freezed the position, so I'm waiting for next open opportunities there.
