Total waste of time. First, I had to fill out all the forms about my work experience and skills. Then the platform asked me to complete some automated testing (similar to Codewars). I did it perfectly (as the platform told me) with a score of 100/100. Next, it offered me a chance to book a time to speak with an actual recruiter. I did that and started to wait. After a few days, Google notified me that my interview was canceled with no reasons indicated. At first, I thought it was a bug, so I rebooked another time slot. I also found their recruiter on LinkedIn and asked her "what happened" just in case. She replied that she wouldn't even try to speak to me because "The position you applied for is for Seniors, so your experience is not enough at this point for the current position, as well as B1 level of English." I wasn't even trying to position myself as a Senior; I was applying for a Middle-level position. After the testing, their platform told me I was a perfect candidate (so perfect that they didn’t even bother to speak to me). Also, I didn’t understand how she determined my level of English (there are no tests for that on the platform). In conclusion, the platform does not work at all. It should maybe filter candidates better, so you know what's going on with your application. It was a total waste of a lot of time. By the way, for the Middle (Senior?) vacancy, the test task is so easy that I guess even a Junior with no experience should be capable of doing it. It’s like maybe 6 kyu.
