I met with two team members and one of the founders in three different meetings over the course of about three weeks. The interview experience was informal and questions were centered around getting to know me and what I had been doing for the past few years, along with conversations about the company's immediate needs. No real difficult questions and overall it was a standard experience for a small team interview. After meeting with the co-founder, I did not hear back for over 2 weeks so I followed up regarding next steps. I received a response that my application would not be moved forward and my request for any interview feedback was ignored.
