I received a phone call from the hiring manager the next day after I submitted application on Indeed. Several phone interviews in the following week. One office visit another week later and a second visit two weeks later. the entire process took ~5 wks. People were all very friendly. They did not question that I had all the skills that I listed in my resume and I feel that they mostly were trying to see if my personality fit the role. This is the only one that did not ask me to give a presentation.

I was contacted by the AI for an interview a week after I applied and when the time came, I never received a call. I tried to reschedule with no luck and received the message: "We're looking forward to your interview! Unfortunately due to meetings and other scheduled commitments, we're not able to reschedule at this time." Please do better. This was unprofessional.
