You apply online from their website. Most likely to work remotely. Within a day or two an automated email is sent to book a phone interview. The purpose is to quickly discuss basic info about the company and your resume/achievements. Then you have to do an aptitude test. The aptitude test isn't very difficult, but most likely will disqualify you unless you score high. It's 2 tests - one is 12 questions for 15 mins, the other is 25 questions for 90 mins. You can't make a mistake, otherwise you run out of time. As mentioned, they are not difficult. Make sure to have a piece of paper and a pen so you can solve the tricky questions. I made a few mistakes, ran out of time and had to basically guess the last questions. Within 2 days you get another automated email that you are not selected. If for some reason you have managed to score high, then congrats!! You're off to the next stage.
