Amateur and professional. The interview was held in a freezing cold handover bay. The two members of staff hid behind their masks and a plastic screen for the full duration of the interview. I couldn’t make out any expression or most of what they were saying. Only seeing their eyes and my reflection from the screen. Poor from the start. The male spoke for 90% of the time whilst the woman barely spoke a word. There was a total of 3 questions asked whilst the male blabbered incoherently throughout. They both came across as untrained and extremely anxious. If these two are a reflection of the recruitment process and the hierarchy of this business then stay well clear.
