Sent CV via staffing agency and a week later, AgodaTalentPitch URL was sent to take some tests which included role-play video (x2), math test, personality test, and etc. (nearly took 2+ hours!) Then on to a face-to-face interview. Approx. 2-3 week process until the interview.

Basic Questions: why choose, your strength/weakness, hospitality/travel &/or stress related questions. Also, a simple role-play to check your politeness (I guess). They will check your English level but no standardized test; just conversational. Some additional questions relating your feedback provided at Basic Questions.
