My experience with Agoda was disappointing. Following a formal assessment, I faced an unexpected "data screening" section during the stakeholder interview. This part seemed a bit informal and would benefit from clearer structure and intent. I received broad slides that required making assumptions without much context. This approach appeared somewhat out of sync with standard real-world data analysis practices. Overall, the interview felt less focused than I had expected, particularly considering it was conducted by a senior leader.

More like the application process vs interview. A personality assessment would make sense, but the test given was technical and not a lot of time given. I made it through half of the questions but they were difficult. Not very applicable to the role itself. I'm not sure if they even screen for credentials before assigning the exam. Received automated noreply message saying that I will not be moving forward. This is not a very people-first approach.
After being asked to do a verbal reasoning assessment and a personality questionnaire, I was then invited to a quick screening interview about 30 minutes long. Overall, the assessments took about 20 minutes each and I felt that they were pretty tedious.
