It was very laid bad and down to earth. I was interviewed in a group setting and it was more of a conversation than a structured formal interview. This was a time where the interviewers got to understand my personality and how I would respond to adversity and circumstances that required problem solving.

Entrevista
I applied online and they sent me an email to do a virtual interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I interviewed with 4 people and it was really laid back. Everyone was very friendly, funny, and genuine. I received a call back 24 hours later and accepted the job. The quicker you move with HR, the quicker the hiring process will be. There were a lot of "in this situation, what would you do?" questions.
