Technical Interview was arranged. Number of technical round was not disclosed. 1st round of technical round was complete, I was selected. 2nd Round of technical interview was arranged. It was for more than 1 hr 30 mins. I was selected. After that technical discussion with Client was arranged on next day. Suddenly that round was cancelled without any intimation. When I asked coordinator, she told me that Client round is not required. She arranged Director round after that. But that discussion again was cancelled without any reason and proper intimation. When I contacted coordinator again, she told me that panel was not available. From there onwards she is not picking up my phone. No email, no phone, no discussion arranged. No reply against my email also. I think they have cancelled the entire selection process suddenly without any proper intimation inspite of 2 rounds of technical discussion of more than 3 hours. This is very very unfortunate and unwanted also. Be aware of the interview process with AgreeYa Solutions. This company has the problem with very poor communication. My question is why did they waste my valuable time? Why did they cancel the selection process after 2 rounds of successful technical discussion? Not a good company.
