I was asked to prepare a written response to several questions via email before the phone screen and told it was that so they could better advocate for me. I wrote answers to them even though I should have ignored the request. The questions asked during the call were standard; nothing out of the ordinary. It was strange when I was told not to use any commerce case studies for the 1:1 call because their products are so much more complicated. The 1:1 interview was not great. The questions were not good and they were not able to get comfortable during the call. While presenting some case studies, no questions were asked, even after prompting to ask about something compelling.
