I applied twice to AHEAD Katipunan. On my first application, I was accepted, but I had to turn down the offer due to personal reasons. On my second application, I applied as TUTOR. I was told that I passed the exam but, to my surprise, I was told that my next assessment would determine whether I would pass as an INSTRUCTOR. It turned out that since my grade on the exam was high enough to pass as an instructor's, they assumed I would take that role. I told them I had no plans on being an instructor, and requested that I push through with the Tutor assesssment. They said they'll contact me for my rescheduled interview and assessment. 10 months later, they never contacted me again. I spent time taking their exams (thrice) and going through with their interview procedures but it was all for naught.

It was very straightforward and there was good screening with tests. It was a somewhat long process, but they were very helpful with the details. They have tests, an interview and a demo.
