The interview process was good but they ghost people when they ask for an offer hike aka at negotiation part of the interview which is I think a very bad and unethical thing to do. Overall experience is bad , if you want to join, join iff they don't ghost you out XD when you ask for that offer hike that you deserve based on your skills.

I applied for a Software Engineer role at AiSensy through linkedin, and the whole process was virtual. After a quick follow-up on WhatsApp, I got a tech assignment, followed by technical and HR interviews, then a final round with a founder. It was smooth and pretty straightforward overall.

Entrevista
Had an technical interview, went very well and then CEO round and it was just basic questions about my past experience. But after few days I was rejected for no reason of rejecting me.
