After an initial hr screening, there were two interviews. One with two software engineers focused on tech stack and a dsa problem, followed by an interview with CTO focused on behavioural and problem solving. After clearing the interviews there was communication gap. They said we will offer you and then ditched because of experience(which was okay as per their JD)
