Really not intimidating. I came into the lobby, told the people at the desk why I was there and waited about 10 minutes. A lady came to get me, took me to her office and I interviewed with two women, one sat behind a desk and the other in a chair closer to me. They told me they didn't like the formal interview process and then proceeded to have a very relaxed, casual chat with me where they talked more about the company than about what the job was. I answered some simple questions and then took a design test.
