The interview process was relatively easy. They ask you about your experience as an accountant and knowledge on accounting terms. They don't ask you technical questions, but just get to know you as a person and what you know.

Contacted by a recruiter, interview was scheduled for 2 days out. I interviewed individually with the Assistant Controller and then the Controller, back to back, for about 30 minutes each.
