I had a phone interview followed by an interview with the Director of HR and Director of Sales. The Director of HR allowed me to follow up several times to review the salary, benefits, and overall compensation package, ensuring I was comfortable with what was being offered.

Entrevista
Very easy interview process consisting of a phone screen with the hiring manager and an in-person interview with hotel leadership. Ultimately declined the offer for two reasons: While the team was friendly, there was no official offer letter presented, just a verbal offer with the salary told over the phone. I had to press further for information on benefits. The mandatory 47.5 hour work week was also a large push factor.

I received an email asking when I was available that week for an interview, I gave several varying options of a times and days but was asked to come in the next day instead. Met with the Director of Sales and had one-on-one interview for 30-45 minutes, I was under the impression the interview went well and she had mentioned she would be in touch either way. Never heard back, no response to thank you or follow-up email.
