The recruiter first called me (without scheduling the call). After a few back and forths, I was finally able to reach him by phone. One of the most unorganized HR calls I've ever had. I tried to ask questions but the recruiter just kept talking over me and so I was never really able to clearly ask my question and get an answer. I someone succeeded in moving on to the next round and got an interview with the hiring manager. She was great but unfortunately the HR recruiter was also there. I tried to ask HR related questions again but the recruiter didn't let me finish asking my question, started speaking over me in an obviously annoyed tone, and in no way did he answer the question I was going to ask. The process gave me an extremely bad impression of the company and it's culture.
