Included a phone screen and an on-site interview with the hiring manager. Very disorganized process and the place too. Organization seemed to falter in communication between the lead recruiter and the hiring manager. Very frustrating. Started with a phone interview for about 30 minutes and followed up with an hour-long on-site interview with the hiring manager. I felt like I was jerked around by the hiring manager who repeatedly was giving false promises about being interested and stating that I am in consideration. Human resources representative discussed with me about the comp and benefits which were acceptable to me and was ready to write a formal offer, but at the last moment after over two months of back and forth discussion of false promises , as per the human resources rep, hiring manager abruptly decides against making an offer. No explanation given to me by both of them whatsoever. Very unprofessional behaviour demonstrated by both of the company's representatives. In the entire process, both of them constantly were apologetic for their poor behaviour in delayed responses to my inquiries after the interview. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from the company professionals during the time (~90 days) it took from the interview to the refusal of the offer. Felt like, I was abused. Finally, the entire process was almost waste of my time as I also missed out on other opportunities due to my false perception about this company's reputation, which led me to express my interest in working for them from the get go.
