30 minute phone screen interview consisted on your basic questions to determine alignment of skills / experience to job description, suitability and previous experience. Overall a pleasant experience. Moving forward, it was indicated that if selected for an in-person interview that it would consist of a 3 - 4 person panel, a sample problem - calculator would be required and a follow-up group discussion on how you approached the problem.
