Entrevista
Had an on-campus screening interview shortly after a career fair. Didn't hear anything afterword for a month. Finally, I received notification that they wanted to follow up in Allentown.
The interview process took the entire day, from 8:30am - 4:30pm. In the morning, there were 3 interviews, the first supposed to be non-technical and the others technical, all with engineering managers of different company divisions. However, they were pretty much all the same, and non-technical. After the interview, I (and 5 other interviewees all mechanical engineering) had lunch with 3 current CDP engineers. After lunch was a confidential "engineering problem" followed by discussion of the problem with the other interviewees and then 1:1 discussion about the problem afterward with an engineering manager. Lastly, HR went over relocation assistance and diversity promotion.

I had no idea what to expect of the confidential "engineering problem".
One phone screening followed by an in-person interview. It lasted about 4 hours total and involved presenting my PhD research, followed by questions. Then pairs of interviewers met with me to ask questions. This occurred for three 30-minute sessions.

Entrevista
A few weeks of hearing nothing between rounds then would have another interview. Very friendly interviewers who helped if you weren't sure on some of the technical questions. Overall good experience.
