Entrevista
Most interviewers were cold, arrogant and treated others disrespectfully. Unfriendly atmosphere. Work seemed mundane. It looked like a typical engineering company where its not what you know but who you know. Engineers should look elsewhere possibly in another another industry than industrial gases altogether as there are not many other avenues out if you get laid off.

There were a couple of phone calls with the company recruiter and then two rounds of interviews, lasting between thirty minutes and an hour each. The first interview was one on one and the second interview was a group interview.

Very technical. Mid cryo team. Test your knowledge on thermodynamic concepts, mass balance. Knowledge of air separation cycle helps. Understanding of hydraulic calculations will also help..eh pump calculations etc. basic HR related questions like what would you do in certain situations.. strengths and weaknesses
