Entrevista
I submitted my resume online and got contacted by HR. A phone interview was scheduled with HM.
I was invited for onsite three weeks later. I gave a presentation from my previous project, and had one-to-one interview with 5 persons. People were really nice and intelligient.

-Attended university career fair
-Handed my resume to a couple recruiters and I talked with them. Not much happened for a little while.
-Received a call a couple weeks later asking if I wanted to interview
-Interview was on campus, one round only, and occurred in early November
-Standard competency based questions, including traditional STAR based questions

Entrevista
I networked with them through their dream BIG! program. Flew out for a site visit that lasted 3 days. Trip consisted of speaking with many Air Products employees and executives. A couple months later I received and email for a phone interview. About 2 months after the phone interview I was offered an internship position.
