Was interviewed first on the phone, then in person and offered the job on the spot. The hiring manager left the company two days later.
It was very informal and the manager actually said "I mean, you can have the job if you want it, you are over qualified"

five or six steps. multiple interviews. basic process. recruiter was friendly and hiring manager was very laidback. Common questions include what do you like about sales, why sales, whats one good thing about yourself, whats one bad thing about yourself, etc
