Phone interview, in person interview. Very casual and easy. Communication was great. Application was long. Travel arrangements were nice and organized. Plenty of time to prepare. Dress to impress.

It only took a week after submitting my application online before getting an email to set-up an interview date in ORD. Also the recruiter will send a study packet about the CRJ-200. AWA arranged for my standby ticket to the interview site but I had to book my own hotel. Interview group consist of both Airman Trainee (AT) and First officer (FO). AT and FO were given the same test with FO getting 5 more questions. Those that passed the written test were called for a 1 on 1 interview. The Interviewer will tell if you got the job or not. Then I waited back in the room for the HR that gave me a written offer letter. Then we were sent home and started the background process that took almost 2 months.
