Had an interview with the General Manager for a PM position at the company. However, during the initial phone conversation, I found it somewhat strange that their response seemed desperate, as they appeared to be urgently seeking a candidate to replace their team. Throughout the interview process, the role's requirements seemed unclear and did not align with the explanations provided during the first conversation.
Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the company does not offer any bonuses for their PM position and also no pension scheme. Moreover, when discussing the allocating salary budget for the position, it was mentioned that the company had not allocated funds for it, yet they were still uncertain about the salary offering. This lack of clarity made the company appear somewhat disorganized.
