The interview process was extremely unprofessional. I received a call from a hiring manager out of the blue. He asked if I had time and proceeded to give me an impromptu interview. It was unanticipated (I was walking down the street to grab lunch at the time) and I hadn't had time to prepare. At the end of the interview he said HR was going to reach out and schedule a time for me to come in and meet the rest of the team. No one ever reached out and I didn't hear anything until I received a rejection email a month later. The whole thing was a waste of time.
