I asked bunch of questions to him since it seems lower than my current role. Then same day recruiter updated me to come to onsite. Went to onsite 2 days later. 1st round - technical round focused on job specific questions. 2nd round - Culture fit interview. They like to know what kind of person you are, would you be a good fit with airbnb, what kind of role you play in society 3rd round - technical round focused on job specific questions. 4th round - Culture fit interview. same questions. 5tf round - HR 2 days later they presented the offer. I negotiated. They do only 1 round of negotiation. After that you accept or deny.
