It is a 2 part process. One is a technical interview conducted by the team and the other is a core values interview conducted by a hand selected group of individuals in the organization that have been approved to conduct the core values interview. Recommendation is to study the core values and think of stories that you can align to each of those. Technical interview requires coding.
