A group of 6 candidates was evaluated in a competencies interview, technical interview, group exercise, and presentation. The interviews and presentation were done by each candidate on their own, while the group project involved all of the applicants working together and showing their team working skills.
The competency interview and technical interview were done one after the other by an engineer and a HR person. The competency consisted of a series of questions to evaluate your personality and soft skills, while the technical part evaluated your technical knowledge and logic.
