There was a Technical panel and an HR panel. Some had HR round first and if cleared, had Technical round later and vice versa. The panel was knowledgeable.
Easy questions, mainly to test the basics of strength of materials, fem, failure theories and some linear elasticity. Then the standard HR questions like > Where do you see yourself 5 years from now >Why Airbus?
