Me contactaron por teléfono para el programa Discover II tras ser rechazado automáticamente de su programa Discover I. La llamada es una especie de checklist de lo básico para saber si a nivel de RRHH eres seleccionable. En ningún lugar de la oferta ponía que el límite de experiencia eran 90 días. Me enteré durante la llamada.

The interview was an all-day assessment center that was divided into 3 parts. The first part was a scenario-based assessment, that involved 5-6 candidates applying for this/or other positions. In this part we had to work as a team to solve 4 tasks and then make a small presentation to demonstrate our proposed solutions. This lasted for almost an hour. After the team interview, an individual HR interview followed. This involved a self-evaluation of our performance in the previous assessment, as well as some typicall HR questions (personal and behavioral). This lasted for almost 30-45 minutes. Finally, the last part was a technical interview. You get to meet the team that you will work with and get a better insight about their projects and the position. The interview involved a CV walkthrough and questions about the academic/work background and some tecnical questions related to the specific position.

Applied for their Graduate Program. Have only managed to get up until their game based assessments so I can only speak for that stage. The process time does take a while - more less 2.5 weeks.
