Screening is farely easy. The HR interview is pretty formal as most of the interviews. The technical interview comes with questions depending on the position you are applying for, the system in discussion, and general safety knowledge along with practical examples to see how you would classify different scenarios.

What would you create as requirement in case of a broken rotor blade to be added in the flight manual for the pilot to follow?
Varias fases: video con preguntas, RRHH y técnica con Line manager. Completa con preguntas bastante específicas relacionadas al puesto. Proceso claro y ordenado cumpliendo los timings comunicados al inicio del proceso.
