Takes time to schedule an interview. But overall, it was great! Good technical questions which can be answered if you have telco experience. Interviewers try to test your telco aptitude and knowledge about various telecom processes.

The hiring manager called and left a voice mail message on my phone at 7am in the morning. She later called back at 10am and asked me one quick question - "Do you know what a T1 line is"? I answered correctly and she scheduled an appointment the following Monday at the office. I met with the HR Manager who gave me an overview of the position and then gave me a 2 minute assessment test. Following the test I was to meet face to face with the hiring manager. I was waiting in the lobby to meet with the hiring manager. The HR Manager came out and advised me the hiring process is a long process and "we will be getting back to you".
They made me drive to the office just to take a 2 minute learning abilities assessment. I must have failed the assessment because the hiring manager was not willing to meet with me. The phone interview process was very unprofessional and cost me a useless trip to their office located on Sepulveda in Van Nuys.
