I had 2-3 phone interviews and 5 live interviews plus a 6 hour skills/personality assessment test. I thought I was interviewing for the CEO's job or something. They drag out this process and tell you that they don't really care how long it takes as long as they find the "right person" whatever that is. I have no problem getting rejected for a job, but when I've spent over 30 hours of my time to land the position and then the company doesn't even have the decency to give you a personal phone call, something is just wrong.
