Did the initial phone screening and was moved on to next steps with Director. I was on my honeymoon and received an email at 7pm in a Sunday night for the interview with the Director on the next day. I was never asked my availability for this interview but I did ask to reschedule. When I asked this the recruiter did not reply to my email. I then asked her again on that same week and she said they were already in the offer stages with the candidate they wanted. This is very unprofessional and I would not like to work for nor buy anything from an organization like this. Very clear to me that they have too many red flags

Short and personable, very laid back environment. One on One with little pressure. Did not ask very many job related questions though. More interested in personality. Was open about the company and benefits. Seems to have a good management structure.
