Starts at 8:30, there were 6 pilots total, then a company presentation by the assistant chief pilot, with the chief and HR. We were then placed in a holding room, where we all took a test together. Multiple choice questions, basic atp stuff. And a few customer service questions. We were picked one by one for two interviews. One was a 1/1 with the assistant CP, the next was a 2/1 with chief pilot and HR woman. The assistant chief pilot interview was easy and conversational. They want to get to know you. The next 2/1 interview was also easy. The HR women is very nice and friendly.

Very relaxed. While there are some technical aspects to the interview, they seem primarily interested in your ability to fit in and get along. They want to be sure traveling with you for days on end isn't going to be a problem. Interview included some great background on the company and their goals for growth. Also was given a tour of their facilities and some aircraft.
